Are your products authentic?

Yes. Pull Logic sells only authentic trading card products sourced through trusted suppliers and established distribution channels. We do not sell replicas, unofficial products, or resealed items.


Are booster packs weighed or searched?

No. Pull Logic does not weigh, search, or tamper with booster packs. All sealed products are handled and shipped as received to maintain product integrity.


Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada only. All orders are sent using tracked shipping services to ensure reliable delivery.


How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Orders that have not yet shipped may be eligible for cancellation at our discretion and may be subject to a small processing or restocking fee.


Do you accept returns?

Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, all sales are considered final. Opened products are not eligible for return. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for complete details.


What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Include clear photos of the packaging and contents so we can review the issue and assist you promptly.


Do you sell sealed products?

Yes. All booster packs sold by Pull Logic are factory sealed and shipped securely to protect product condition during transit.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer tracked standard and express options within Canada.


Do you operate a physical retail store?

Pull Logic is an online retailer based in North Bay, Ontario. We do not currently operate a physical storefront.


Do you offer English and Japanese Pokémon products?

We currently focus on Japanese Pokémon booster packs, with plans to expand into additional English and other trading card game products in the future.
