Refund policy
Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, all sales are considered final.
Opened products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at support@pulllogic.ca
Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be eligible for cancellation at our discretion.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 5% processing and restocking fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review and assist on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Pull Logic reserves the right to refuse returns or cancellations that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
